What it does
All your money together, each part in its place
It replaces the spreadsheet you keep the count in and the tax figure worked out from memory. The statement still comes from your bank, but here you check it before it reaches your figures.
Personal, freelance and company, in one account
Each has its own space with its own records, and you move between them without signing out. You start with the household and add the freelance or company space only when you need it.
What is left, not what came in
The bills already committed, the savings set aside and the tax still to be owed come off what came in. What is left is the amount you can truly count on.
A tax reserve, worked out from your records
For Romania, the calculation rules are verified by our team. For the other ten countries they are documented as a starting point, not verified, and that is stated on screen before any figure.
Payroll, rent and dividends
A pay run has its withholdings, a rent contract its tax at source, and dividends their tax and health contribution. Each is worked out by its own rules, so you do not have to keep them in your head.
Your bank statement, from a file
You upload a CSV, a PDF or an archive with the whole year, and you see what was read from it before it goes in. Nothing reaches your money until you confirm it.
Every figure says how certain it is
A figure is confirmed, or estimated with its reason, or shown as “—” with the reason it is missing. A zero never stands in for “we do not know”, because a zero looks like an answer.
Share a space with your partner or accountant
You send an email invitation, choose their role and take the access back whenever you want. Everyone signs in from their own account, never with your password.
